The management team consists of two executives who have decades of combined experience in Business management, investment management, remote operations, capitalization, debt/equity financing, business and real estate development, project management and M&A transactions.

Bryan Luce - Managing Director -

Mr. Luce is currently the President of Reliance Funding Group, a regional boutique Investment banking and consulting firm specializing in Merger and Acquisitions (Buy / Sell), financing strategies, feasibility, due diligence, and corporate asset disposition services. Prior to founding Reliance Funding he was Vice President and Regional Manager with First American Corporation of New York, managing the NNY region’s business segments as well as National commercial transactions.

Mr. Luce has over 23 years of experience of business management in startup companies as well as fortune 200 environments, where he has had full P&L responsibility and multi-business unit management. He has extensive experience in commercial real estate acquisition, disposition, business valuation, marketing and growth development, as well as project management expertise.
